Public sector work is complex and so innovative processes are needed. So the aim of this blog is to promote innovation and resilience in the social sector.
It does this by sharing practical examples and experiences using Systems Thinking, Design Thinking innovation tools and through the lens of leadership and wellbeing to give real life examples to show theory into practice for research and practice innovation in complex organizations and operational systems.
I'm interested in innovation, performance and wellbeing. I am a people person. Over the last 25 years I have worded as a business owner in London and Melbourne and been involved in a range of roles within the health, justice and social sectors. I've also volunteered as a a board member and Chair on my kids school board, and am currently a committee member at the Paekakariki Surf Lifesaving club
