Case Study - The NZ Health Wellbeing Leaders Network

An industry leaders network I founded and chaired with Terry Buckingham (Head Health and Wellbeing, Fonterra) for three years following the launch of HSWA 2015.  The collective was a network of health and well-being management professionals representing some of New Zealand's prominent organisations, who have come together to build leadership capacity , strengthen influence and promote sharing across organisations that value health and well-being.  It was actively supported by WorkSafe NZ and played a leadership role when health and safety professionals in NZ were just starting to understand how to apply the principles and requirements of act.  The network has its origins at the HASANZ Conference 2016.  The network was supported by WorkSafe
